RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Gift Certificates are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned 

All Special Order items must be paid in full at the time of order and are non-refundable. 

If your product is approved for a refund, you will be refunded in the way you paid for your product. 
DEBIT card purchases will be refunded as cash if the purchase is under $75, or if over $75, as a CHECK sent to your home within 5-7 business days.  CREDIT card purchases will be refunded as credit on the original card. If you no longer have that particular card, store credit will be given. Please allow 4-6 business days to see the refund posted to your account.

CASH will be refunded as cash if the purchase is under $75, or as a CHECK sent to your home within 5-7 days if it is over $75. 
CHECK payments will be refunded as check refunds within 5-7 days and sent to your billing address on file. 

In-Store Large Package Purchases 

POOL PURCHASES 
15% Deposits are refundable within 5 days. Full payment will hold your purchase for 30 days. Pick-up or delivery must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

 Once a pool is picked up or received by delivery, it is 
non-returnable and non-refundable. 

SPA PURCHASES 
15% Deposits are refundable within 5 days. Full payment will hold your purchase for 30 days. Pick up or delivery must be completed within 30 days of purchase. 

Once a spa is picked up or received by delivery, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Piedmont Disclaimer

Piedmont Pool and Spa Service is a separate company that is not associated with Paradise Pools and Spa.  Any fees or policies entered into or incurred by Piedmont Pool and Spa Services are not included in this agreement and are between the customer and Piedmont Pool and Spa.
